My Apologies

Sorry for disappearing for a few weeks, this was not planned at all but I ended up getting a nasty toothache which caused me to have a headache and then I had that tooth removed the week after, so I could not eat properly for a few days and after that my in laws came to visit for a week - phew!

I haven't forgotten about the fitness challenge either, I have tried to keep on track with it. I forgot to weigh and measure myself, but I did try and not to over indulge, plus with all the walking I have done with the past week I think I have made sure I have had my share of exercise. Which is now making walking around the house very painful due to blisters on my feet - ouch.

So for the rest of this week and with the weekend, I think I need to stay indoors and rest my feet for the next week to carry on with my exercises. Which is a good excuse for me to try and sort through my draft posts that I have and start to post them, so hopefully there will be most posts coming.

Well hello

I have been itching to come back on here and get back into writing posts, I have had the internet back for a good few months now but I have been feeling a little bit depressed and feeling all over the place. I think it may have been home sickness at the start, but later on I feel it is due to the house as it is not what we first expected and there is more problems to the house than what we first thought and things are just not feeling right in here. So we are seeing how things go for the next couple of months and maybe see what else is out there.
But that is enough of that and on to something that is more adorable to talk about.

This is Merlin, he is our new addition to our family and he is a Kelpy x Labrador, and is 4 months old :)

Some news and a huge apology

Oh wow, it has been such a long time since I have been on this blog - I am so sorry for not updating it at all. I do have an excuse for being so distant - I am moving.
In April I will be living in my new house with my partner, so before we do that we need to sort through all the items that we own and see if we really need it or if we want to sell it/give it to charity etc. There is so much to do and I didn't even think we owned that much!
There may be a few more months of me being away from this blog due to me getting things into the new house and the fact that we may not have the Internet for a while. I just wanted to come on here and post something to prove that I am still alive and explain a little bit why I have been distant from this place.
Hopefully when we have the Internet and everything is all sorted out I will be able to update this blog more often.

But until then I hope you all are doing OK :)
